The past 20 years, China's rapid development of civil aviation industry, civil aviation indicators are much higher than the growth rate of other modes of transport. Civil aviation airport construction has already started to get off to a high speed. China's civil aviation industry in the airport project management started late, lack of experience, theoretical research is lagging behind. Therefore, China needs to study and learn from the successful experience of foreign countries, so as to further study the management mode of airport project in China, improve the management level of project construction units, improve the investment efficiency of airport projects, and build high quality and modern airport. The focus of this study focuses on management philosophy and management level, project organization and team management for the systematic study and discussion, the main purpose is to discuss how to improve the overall efficiency of the project by changing the management level, and improve the comprehensive state-owned enterprise sector I competitiveness, rapid, efficient, durability, security of the completion of construction investment tasks.
