The Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasure Of Flight Delay In Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport

With the continuous development and progress of civil aviation,air traffic is becoming increasingly crowded,resulting in an unavoidable problem-flight delays,which directly affects the sustainable development of the entire aviation industry,and even causes adverse social impact.Flight delay has become the focus of attention of the whole society.It brings great challenges to the government's public management,social and economic development,airport's comprehensive strength and airline's comprehensive capacity building.How to reduce the flight delay rate as much as possible and improve passenger's comprehensive satisfaction will be our country's.The development of civil aviation needs to be solved urgently.In this context,taking Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport as an example,based on the perspective of public management,this paper introduces the status quo of flight delays at Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport,and then analyses the causes of flight delays from the four dimensions of government,enterprises,passengers themselves and weather,with a view to giving the corresponding reasons.The countermeasures and suggestions provide theoretical and practical reference for how to reduce the flight delay rate and improve the comprehensive satisfaction of passengers.
