Research On Credit System Construction Of Bidding Management In Housing Construction Field

In recent years,China has increased the strength of the construction of social credit system.The construction industry bidding,as a field of frequent credit crisis,has received more and more attention.In this paper,the construction and credit evaluation of the credit management system in the field of housing construction is taken as the research object,and the specific contents of the system construction are studied.It is hoped that this study can provide some reference for the construction and improvement of the credit system of bidding management.This paper gives a brief introduction to the development process and present situation of the social credit system in China,puts forward some tentative solutions to the existing problems,analyzes the credit problems in the construction field,and provides some improvement measures.And introduce the construction situation of the construction market credit system,so as to extend the current situation of the construction of the supervision and management system of bidding and bidding,and put forward that it is necessary to solve the problems by establishing the credit system of bidding management.The construction field of bidding management credit system construction mainly from three aspects: the improvement and improvement of the regulatory system,the selection and construction of the index system,the selection of index evaluation methods.On the basis of studying the existing problems of the existing bidding supervision system,this paper improves the existing regulatory system from the aspects of mechanism,institutional adjustment,perfection of supervision content,and the establishment of scientific supervision procedures.The present situation of the construction industry is analyzed,and the index system of credit evaluation for the management of the tendering and bidding activities of the housing and building related enterprises is constructed in combination with the main indexes of credit evaluation adopted by the credit rating agencies both at home and abroad.And from all aspects of adequacy and necessity of two indicators to analyze,optimize the index system.Through the comparison and analysis of the results,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on entropy method is determined to carry out credit evaluation.For qualitative index,the membership degree of the index is determined by using the method of fuzzy statistics,and the financial index is used as a quantitative index,and the membership degree of the index is determined by constructing a reasonable membership function.A practical case is given to illustrate the practicability of the model for credit evaluation of housing construction enterprises.
