| Yanjin belongs to the hot summer and cold winter climate zone.In the architectural design, how to respond to the local climate conditions is the purpose and significance of this thesis research which is including the appropriate passive design strategies applied to create a good environment for the indoor thermal comfort, reducing building energy consumption and damaging to the environment. This thesis is based on the design of the primary school of Shuitian,Yanjin. And it studies the passive design strategies of the green elementary school buildings in Yanjin.First,I studied the basic theory of passive design theory and elementary school building design theory. And measures, collects and analysis the local meteorological data, and the passive design analysis was carried out by WeatherTool climate analysis software. The analysis shows that the most effective passive design method for primary buildings in yanjin area is: natural ventilation > indirect evaporation cooling > passive solar energy use > direct evaporation cooling.Second, this thesis is based on the analysis of local climatic conditions and Features of primary school buildings, the passive design strategies for green primary buildings are summarized from two aspects: planning design and architecture design.Among them, according to the climate characteristics of the local sun and primary school buildings use function needs during the day, only on the passive solar heating means to choose more appropriate additional type between the sun, with the space combination of unconventional teaching,by raising activity, window wall than, palisade structure heat preservation performance, such as the design strategy, improve the effect of heating. In the end,the thesis studies the practice of Yanjin area, and analysis the application of passive design strategy in practice.Meanwhile I used ECOTECT,PHOENICS and other software to carry out quantitative analysis.Through the simulation analysis process of light and wind environment, the rationality of passive design strategy selection is improved to optimized the design. |
