In the context of new urbanization,new changes have taken place in the distribution of urban and rural areas,and the flow of rural population has continued to increase.At present,the rural elementary school students in rural areas in Liaoning Province have experienced a decrease in the number of students,as well as a serious return of students.The students' students are in an unstable state.Coupled with the over-implementation of the "remove point and school" policy proposed at the end of the 1990s,rural primary schools and teaching sites in Liaoning Province were largely abolished,resulting in many rural school-aged children losing their opportunities for education.In order to,alleviate the negative impact of "removal point and school",the state once again set off a wave of rural primary school layout adjustments.Many rural primary schools in Liaoning Province face new construction after their withdrawal.If the construction of rural primary schools is to build new buildings according to the established scale to meet the current number of students,there will be shortages or idleness of school buildings in the near future,and this trend will intensify in the future as urbanization progresses further.In order to,avoid this vicious cycle,rural primary schools must choose a design method that can respond to the dynamic changes in students.How to build a changeable schoolhouse in a rural primary school that adapts to the current social background is a question that this article should study.Based on the detailed research and analysis of the typical structural system and practice of"changeable school buildings" at home and abroad,this paper combines the development status,related theories and development trends of "changeable school buildings" at home and abroad,and proposes the concept of changeable design in rural elementary schools.In response to the existing needs of rural elementary schools in Liaoning,the design principles of adaptable "changeable school buildings" were proposed.The third and fourth chapters of this paper respectively carry out changeable research from the perspectives of the function and space of rural primary school buildings.The research on functional variability is based on the interactive factors of architecture function and space—the quantity,shape,quality,and connection of space.By summarizing and analyzing,the functional units of the rural elementary school buildings are typed,and relying on two common types of variable building systems-light frame assembly type building systems and modular assembly type building systems,replicable single function modules are designed.In terms of changeable research,we mainly discuss from two aspects,namely,the conversion of individual functions and the change of combined functions.These two kinds of transformations include the internal and external changes of functions,respectively.The three perspectives of mobile function transformation and mobility combined with functional transformation are used for example.The research on spatial variability is discussed from two aspects:the variable space of single spaces and the variable combination space.Based on the above-mentioned functional changes,the architectural space volume is proposed.The five major design methods that can be changed,the architectural space shape can be changed.the architectural space interface can be changed,the architectural space organization can be changed,and the architectural space combination can be changed are examples.It provides an example for the change of the function of the school building.Finally,combined with the research content of the paper and applied to practical practice,taking the changeable primary school design of Gonghe Village,Xifeng County,Tieling City,Liaoning Province as an example,through the functional and spatially changeable design to ease the dynamic changes in students' source to the school Various problems.The changeable school design that is superior to the traditional school buildings meets the diversified use requirements and enhances the ability of the building to adapt to changes in the outside world.It has certain reference and guidance for the construction of the current rural primary schools.
