Comparative Study On Control Price And Settlement Price Of Aeration Water Electric Station In Subway Station

In recent years,in order to alleviate the public traffic pressure in the major cities of China,the construction of urban rail transit project is developing rapidly and orderly.At present,the outstanding characteristics of urban rail transit projects in China are many forms,large scale and high investment.The high cost of construction is a serious constraint on the booming development of urban rail transit engineering in China.In engineering construction projects,the winning bid price is a bridge between the two sides.It is based on the bidding price and is an important part of the settlement price.Therefore,the study and analysis of the difference between the bidding control price and the completed settlement price has a far-reaching impact on the cost control of the project construction.This paper takes the northern vehicle station of line 2 of Yunnan Kunming rail transit as the case,combined with the experience of six years' construction project management.The author was chosen to participate in the three major fields of low-pressure power lighting system,ventilation,air conditioning system,water supply and drainage system and fire protection system.Through contrasting and analyzing the specific data of the complete professional in the case,the paper compares the bidding control price and the completion settlement price of the urban rail transit project with the methods of comparative study,theory and practice,and experience summarization,finding the two existing in the compilation basis,procedure management,preparation method,preparation of audit and other problems,and analyses the reasons of these problems,and find out the reason of the tender control price or delay of bid prone to contract price in the bidding decisions and completion settlement of the vulnerability,revealing,to provide specific reference data for future model scholars,to provide a reasonable bidding strategy for the tender offer of the construction unit and point out the notices of the frequent mistakes in the quotation,to provide ideas for simplifying the procedure of completion of project construction projects,the conclusion and suggestions are expected to be used for reference and application in the future construction of rail transit,toprovide theoretical guidance for the future construction of rail transportation to avoid and reduce investment risks and to improve the investment decision and cost management efficiency of the rail transportation industry.At the same time,it provides a method for the national construction cost saving to realize the goal of profit maximization and achieve the real effective control project cost.In order to provide a powerful reference for the state and government at all levels to improve the legal system,improve the policy and establish a reasonable regulatory mechanism.
