Research On Decision-making Method Of Compound Bidding Price

Under the new situation that the bidding of construction projects is gradually in line with international bidding,whether the bidding quotation decision is correct or not determines whether the construction enterprises can win the bid,and if the profits of the project are won,it has a great impact on the development of enterprises.Nowadays,the competition of bidding market is becoming increasingly fierce.If construction enterprises want to defeat their competitors and win the ideal projects smoothly,they need good business ability and business ability,especially the decision-making ability of bidding quotation.It is related to whether construction enterprises can win the bid at a reasonable price and the survival and development of enterprises in the future.Based on the research of strategy and strategy of competitive bidding and quotation for construction projects,combined with the in-depth practice of a large number of construction project bidding,this paper studies the bidding and quotation decision-making method of compound base bid.Firstly,the bidding decision-making process of construction project is analyzed,and the work content of each stage is clarified.Secondly,considering the historical information of competitors’ competitive bidding and the competitive bidding strategy situation faced by enterprises,the bidding risk of construction enterprises is quantified by using fuzzy mathematics and improved analytic hierarchy process,and the weight determination is more scientific.By introducing the risk profit margin,a bidding decision model suitable for construction enterprises to compete in bidding under the condition of compound bottom bid evaluation is established,which provides a scientific basis and algorithm for construction enterprises to make reasonable and effective bidding decision.Finally,taking J construction project as an example,this paper studies the compound bidding quotation of construction company,and verifies the rationality and feasibility of the related theory and the model.The research results of this paper will have a certain reference value for the competitive bidding decision-making of domestic construction enterprises,and will be helpful to improve the competitive ability of construction enterprises,which has a certain practicability.
