With the improvement of social economic and people's living standard, people put forward higher requirements on meat quality and safety, which have promoted the development of cold chain logistics technology. Cold storage is an important link of the cold chain logistics. It plays a role of link among the production of meat, cold chain transport and meat transit. Cold storage has characterized with a large space, closed lower conditions and higher environmental control requirements. According to the characteristics of cold storage, this paper studied cold storage environmental monitoring method based on RFID, WSN space positioning technology and wireless sensor acquisition technology to provide an evidence for cold storage environment adjusting control and the quality and safety of meat trace.According to the demand of the cold storage space environment monitoring, this paper studied and formulated the overall plan of cold storage monitoring platform, designed the overall structure of cold storage monitoring platform, the hardware platform and the platform function based on analysis of related technical literature review of cold storage monitoring, space positioning,RFID and WSN?This paper focused on the research of space positioning technology based on RFID and WSN. Research on the principle and process of RFID space positioning by using the ultra high frequency RFID system was purposed to design the RFID space positioning method. Research on the principle and process of WSN space positioning based on ZigBee was purposed to design the WSN space positioning method.On the basis of the research of the space positioning technology, the method of RFID space positioning and the method of WSN space positioning were verified by experiments. Aiming at the advantages and disadvantages of RFID and WSN space positioning,a space positioning method combining RFID with WSN was proposed and verified by experiments. The results showed that the positioning accuracy had been greatly improved.After completing the theoretical research and experimental verification of the space positioning technology, this paper designed the hardware and software of the monitoring platform of the cold storage which included node hardware design, node software, PC client software, as well as the Android program of the smart phone terminal. The design goal of the cold storage monitoring platform was realized by the system test.
