Study On Performance Evaluation Of Construction Projects

Performance management as an important part of construction,how to improve project performance through performance evaluation and management level,and achieve higher efficiency and achieve long-term development,become more and more of a problem in the construction enterprise management thinking.This article from the perspective of performance management,with the aid of the perfomance evaluation theory,aiming at the existing problems of performance evaluation,combining with the characteristics of construction engineering project to analyze the performance evaluation,performance evaluation model is determined.On the basis of expert investigation and research selected key indicators,to determine index evaluation standard,determine the index system,and build a performance evaluation model.S construction project is a newly built project of Shanghai Construction Industry and Construction Group Limited.It is a typical construction project with large scale construction,many professional and high site management requirements.Taking S construction project as an example,the author makes an empirical study and uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight for S construction project by means of expert questionnaire.Through the evaluation,we can conclude that the evaluation has the characteristics of strong professionalism,reasonable overall index and clear classification.
