Lean Production is a revolutionary production method that has been certified by companies in the automotive and other fields.Its core idea is to eliminate the waste of business fundamentally and improve the production efficiency of enterprises.As society progresses,people also have a growing demand for material diversification.How to provide personalized products at competitive prices at competitive prices to meet customer needs is the key to every enterprise’s survival.Site management refers to the use of scientific methods and standards on the production site of various production factors,including people(workers and managers),machine(equipment,tools),materials(raw materials),method(processing,detection),environment,information.Make sure they are reasonable and effective planning,organization,coordination,control and detection.In order to achieve high quality,high efficiency,low energy consumption,safty and civilized production purpose,scientific site management can cultivate talents with good quality.Taking these talents as the foothold,integrate on-site resources and eliminate invalid labor in production process,so as to eliminate waste fundamentally.Based on the definition of lean production site improvement and the related theoretical research of lean production,finds the problems occurred in the production and operation of EH company,and provides corresponding improvement solutions through lean thinking,including the improvement of environment 5S;the improvement of the process and layout;the improvement of self-maintenance of machine and shorten the time for changing the line.According to the improvement plan to carry out the corresponding improvement and evaluate the implementation effect.The company’s competition is for talent.In this article,we propose a system of incentives to rationalize proposals,discover the talents of all employees,and apply them to the management and operations of the company to improve operational efficiency.At the same time,due to the limitations of time,resources,capabilities and other factors,there are still many improvements that are not finish and some of them are not well done to finish.In the end of the article also made a summary and outlook.
