Research On The Application Of SAP Equipment Maintenance Management In Automobile Chassis Parts Enterprises

SAP PM(Plant Maintenance)equipment maintenance management module is a system including equipment information management standard solutions,some domestic equipment intensive enterprises in the implementation of the five basic SAP module(PP production plan management,MM procurement and inventory management,SD sales management,distribution,FI financial management,CO cost control management)after that has been successfully implemented with the PM module of the case.This paper discusses the problem of realization of SAP system to solve non-standard function scheme in the application of SAP PM module in a typical automobile chassis manufacturing enterprises,research contents include business analysis and process reengineering of equipment maintenance,technical development to enhance the system of standard logic and implementation process and the surrounding system interface.The goal is to improve the operating efficiency of the enterprise in the equipment maintenance management,and to increase the utilization ratio of the fixed asset intensive enterprise.Firstly,the characteristics of automobile chassis parts manufacturing enterprises are analyzed.Due to the manufacturing process of automobile chassis parts,covering almost all common manufacturing field,and products need fast flexible production to supply a number of different platforms of the host plant,resulting in a wide range of devices and different standards.Therefore,the key point of the equipment management business is not the guarantee of precision operation,the control and prevention of the safety risk,but also the standardization of the emergency maintenance and the cost control.Secondly,in order to improve the management and reduce the risk as the goal,the reconstruction of the equipment maintenance and cost accounting of the two core management processes,the design of the business blueprint.On the basis of the business blueprint,some defects analysis of the commonly used SAP standard solution,using RFC,BDC,BAPI,ALV and SAP development technology,enhance the standard logic SAP,also consider the integration with other peripheral business system,mainly is the budget management system,and the safety lamp(Andon)system integrated.Finally,the evaluation of research work,through the operation of the system shows and related operation data analysis,summarizes the success and shortcomings,and summed up the research function in the process of innovation and continuous improvement.The system designed in this paper has been successfully implemented in the enterprise,and significantly improve the efficiency of the enterprise in the equipment maintenance management,and completed the research objectives.The research results show that the PM module of the SAP system can be used in the domestic auto parts industry,which can meet the needs of the enterprises in the industry.And this project as a solution template,especially the design and standard interface enhancements,with similar size,similar products and characteristics of the enterprise has a certain promotion value,can effectively shorten the cycle and reduce the risk of system implementation.
