The Cost Management Of The Construction Project Related To C Hospital

With the rapid development of economy in Twenty or thirty years in China,Our country now has the world’s largest engineering construction scale and the largest amount of investment in construction.However,the research and study of cost management cannot catch up with the speed of development.We learn advanced knowledge related to cost management from the western world,but we still need time to digest those knowledge and relieve the entire potential of what we learn.According to the practice acccumulation and professional study in many years of construction project implementations,our cost management and system of the whole process of construction project has been basically set up.But there are still many management related problems existing in the practical process.This paper described the five stages of the whole process control of project cost,explain in detail the interrelationship between theoretical knowledge and engineering practice of each construction stage,In the process of engineering practice found the current cost control problems,analyze the causes of these problems,and proposed a series of measures and suggestions to solve these problems.I will apply the theories of cost management through the entire process of construction which includes five stages.The five stages are planning,designing,biding,constructing and completing.I will provide different cases and real life problems to illustrate the difficulties and how we intent to solve them.This article,is written based on a wide array of preview researches,presents some effective applications related to cost management of construction and improves the theories of cost management in several perspectives.
