It is necessary to strengthen cost control of project management. On the one hand,it helps to maintain the direct benefits of the construction enterprises. On the other hand,it helps to control the total investment and improve project quality.Based on the earned value method,by introducing the idea of process management and combining with Double-Code Time Scale Network Diagram,we build the phased cost control optimization model for contractors.(1)From the perspective of process management, the thesis constructs the basic framework of construction project cost control theory on the basis of detailed interpretation of cost control management. This thesis constructs the cost control model separately from the project owner,contractor,subcontractor,etc.(2)From the perspective of project management, this thesis constructs the evaluation and prediction model of stage cost control. This paper mainly solves two problems by constructing a phased process cost control model. This paper addresses the disadvantages of the post-mortem control of engineering projects, also meets the project cost control level accurately. The Master's Thesis found that from the perspective of process management,we can evaluate the level of contractor cost control in different stage, which can effectively strengthen the owner,as well as contractor to promote cost management. Therefore they can reduce the indirect costs of the project, improve the level of project management and enhance the efficiency of resource use.In the application and practice, the model also proves above conclusions' rationality and model operability. Most importantly, the model provides the theoretical support and effective means for improving the cost management of current construction project.
