Study On The Influence Of Security Climate Perception Of Nuclear Power Plants Employees On Security Behavior

The current international situation is unpredictable,science and technology are developing rapidly,and nuclear security work methods have also undergone profound changes.Traditionally and simply relying on the security employees elements,the scale driving force has weakened,and the data information system has gradually become the new driving force for nuclear security work.Therefore,in the new data era,human factor engineering research will become a key engine for scholars to explore the factors affecting the security development of nuclear power plants.How to improve the professionalism of employees while fully developing nuclear power security technology? How can we create an appropriate security work climate,strengthen employees' security awareness,and enable them to complete security work with high standards? Considering and solving these problems are very important for improving the security operation and management of nuclear power plants.The method of collecting sample data is questionnaire survey.The subjects of the study are security employees of nuclear power plants.On the basis of sorting out the existing literature directly or indirectly related to security climate perception,security awareness and security behavior,this paper theoretically analyses the role of security climate perception in nuclear security work,and explores the dimensions of security climate perception,security awareness and security behavior.By using factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,this paper empirically researches the influence of security climate perception and its four dimensions on the two dimensions of security behavior with the help of SPSS19.0 and STATA15.0 analyzing software.On this basis,it further explores the influence mechanism of employees' security climate perception on security behavior.Empirical research shows that security climate perception has significant positive influence on security behavior,and the four dimensions of security climate perception have different influences on the two dimensions of security behavior.Mediated by security awareness,in exploring the influence mechanism of security climate perception on security behavior,security literacy?security occupational cognition and security vigilance play partial mediating role in the relationship between security climate perception and the two dimensions of security behavior.The conclusion of this study is expected to have a certain reference significance for nuclear security employees to understand and innovate security work and security management.
