As a clean and efficient energy,nuclear energy is one of the most effective ways to solve the increasingly serious energy crisis and environmental pollution problems facing mankind.The development of nuclear power has become an important direction of China's energy development policy in twenty-first Century.However,due to the special nature of nuclear power,once out of control,it will bring serious damage to the human society,the Chernobyl nuclear accident in the history of human history has become the eternal pain for human.With the development of nuclear power equipment reliability increasing,human-factor error become the main factors led to a nuclear power plant accident,to analyses the human-factor error mechanism and occurrence rule and take appropriate preventive measures to reduce the impact of human-factor error events,will become an important research subject to improve the safety level in nuclear power plant.The paper is guided by the basic theory of human-factor error and the analysis method of fundamental reasons,supplemented by the second generation error analysis method,in the global nuclear power industry to vigorously promote nuclear safety and to explore the measures of human-factor error prevention in an all-round way,and to discuss the core of the nuclear motor group itself and the characteristics of human-factor error.The basic concept,trigger mechanism,analysis method,rule characteristics and human factor management method of human-factor error in power plant are introduced.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the basic theory of human-factor error and the analysis of fundamental causes,and analyzes the characteristics of human-factor errors in nuclear power plants.These characteristics have a certain degree of correlation with the specific switching period of the nuclear power plant.For example,it is generally believed that the busy overhauling period should be the high period of human-factor error,but through the discussion The data analysis can clearly get the high incidence of human-factor error in nuclear power plant instead of normal operation mode.According to the event data of the operation of the commercial nuclear power plant,the paper finds out some basic rules of human-factor error in nuclear power plant,for example,the high incidence of human-factor errors in nuclear power plants is the operating operator that bears the core operation task of the nuclear power plant.The main types of human-factor errors in the nuclear power station are unstandardized personnel behavior and knowledge points.Inadequate and procedural defects,these three types of people account for more than 80% of the total human-factor error events in the nuclear power plant.In addition,the target nuclear power station have a strong regularity in the error occurrence time.Every year February and November,Tuesday to Thursday,are all the high incidence of human-factor error,through these Data analysis,to suit the remedy to the case,in order to improve the whole human factor performance factor of nuclear power plant,and achieve the goal of nuclear power plant safe operation.This paper has implemented a set of effective and practical root cause analysis methods for human-factor error,which is helpful for other units to learn from it.At the same time,through the analysis of a large number of data,this paper sums up the general characteristics of human-factor errors in nuclear power enterprises,and draws a conclusion that to solve the problem of human-factor error in nuclear power plants,from the surface,it can improve the area of high incidence of human-factor error.For example,the defects in the process can be taken in an all-round way.To improve the quality of the program,in view of the unstandard behavior of the personnel,we can establish a personnel standard training system and carry out a person's tool card.In view of the weak knowledge of the personnel,we can strengthen the corresponding theoretical and practical training.But from the deep level,the key to preventing the human-factor error of the nuclear power station is to establish the safety of the personnel.Knowledge,consciously take measures to avoid human-factor errors,in addition to improve the level of anti human management,strengthen the relevant experience feedback tracking learning,ultimately,fundamentally promote the construction of nuclear safety culture.The research results and ideas of this paper will help to improve the safe operation level of nuclear power.
