Hydraulic rubber hose is the important auxiliary hydraulic parts connecting pump station, hydraulic actuators, control valves, and other hydraulic components. It has the advantage of strong bearing capacity, good flexibility and convenient connection, etc. It is widely used in various kinds of engineering machinery, such as mining, metallurgy, road construction, crane, loading and unloading, etc. Hydraulic rubber hose only works as the auxiliary parts of hydraulic system, but its performance will directly affect the working performance of the whole hydraulic system. And the hose cleanliness and pressure-resistant properties are the two important performance indexes of the rubber hose. In the process of the production of hydraulic hose assembly, need to ensure the pipe purity cleanliness and detect the degree of the hose pressure-resistant. Most existing domestic hydraulic hose test-beds only process individual test items. And the research for test automation, high cleanliness and ultrahigh is less. Therefore, designing a comprehensive test equipment of hydraulic hose will offer guarantee for hydraulic hose production on the hardware, and also can promote the development of rubber industry.This topic is to design an integrated system test bench for hydraulic hose pressure test and washing, on the basis of the relevant national standard about hydraulic high pressure hose test, overall considering the requirements for the hydraulic hose cleanliness and pressure testing, and according to the characteristics of existing hose pressure testing and cleaning equipment.Introduce the hydraulic hose, and analyze the present application situation of rubber hose pressure cleaning equipment at home and abroad. According to the production process of hydraulic hose assembly, analyze the previous pressure testing and washing process of the hydraulic hose, and put forward a new process, along with technical indicators of the hose pressure-resistant cleaning machine test bench. With analyzing hose expansion under pressure in theory, conclude that when the maximum capacity (namely the tube specifications) is Φ25mm ×6m and the hose pressure is from 10MPa to 100MPa, also need to provide 0.59L water to the hose.According to the related national standards and technical requirements of the equipment, analyze and establish the overall scheme of the hose pressure-resistant cleaning machine hydraulic system, design and lay out equipment the overall mechanical mechanism for the equipment. Establish the control scheme that PLC is the main control unit to monitor, along with touch screen monitor. Complete hardware design of the equipment control system, the design of PLC program and the touch screen man-machine interface design and site commissioning.Conduct the performance experiments of the hydraulic hose pressure-resistant cleaning machine. And verify the feasibility of the equipment, and acquire the curve of the hose pressure and pressure time when the rubber hose in the maximum volume (V=3.06L). The curve shows that when maximum pressure is 85MPa, pressure time is 12s, and pressure rise rate is 7.4MPa/s. The research for pressure maintaining performance provides a quantitative judgment for the success to hose pressure-resistant test, and conclude that the greater the tube capacity is, the better the pressure stability is.
