Design Of Cleaning Process Equipment For Fire Hose

In recent years,the type of fire has increased and become complex,resulting in the difficulty of brushing the surface of the fire hose.At present,the domestic fire officers and soldiers to clean the fire hose in the way of using a hand-held brush,the method consumes both physical strength of officers and wasteful water resources and time,while using the hand to wash the fire hose can easily lead to damage to the surface of it and reduce its life.Abroad has advanced equipment to brush the fire hose,But its size is large,its price is expensive and it needs to build a dedicated baptism center,so its cost is high and not suitable for China's national conditions.Therefore,in order to solve the above problems,this paper develops a miniaturized and automatic fire hose cleaning equipment which is suitable for our national conditions.This paper introduces the research status and cleaning methods of fire hose cleaning equipment at home and abroad,and puts forward two kinds of cleaning technology.The first process is the use of scrub brush and water spray wash two functions,this kind of technology is mainly responsible for the fire hose which is easy cleaning;The second kinds of technology is mainly responsible for the fire hose which is difficult cleaning and more dirt.First combined with soaked method to make the water surface dirt off or loose,and then use the first process to thoroughly clean the water hose.According to the above two kinds of process,put forward two sets of equipment were soaking equipment and fire hose fire hose washing device,combined with the needs and suggestions of fire officers and soldiers,and reference to the relevant learning materials to design two cleaning equipment.Using SolidWorks software to generate three-dimensional model of two devices.Detailed description of the power source design,transmission system design,control system design and structural design of important components.Using ANSYS Workbench software for doing statics analysis and modal analysis of important structure.In the process of analysis,it is necessary to ensure the material properties,the fixed way of the structure and the force condition are the same as the actual situation,thus ensuring the accuracy,practicality and reliability of the results of the analysis.Introduce the sizes and various parameters of the prototype,and in the form of photos show the test process of prototype.
