with the traditional standard accommodation mode are different,is the cause of home stay facility first appeared in order to solve the problems of the tourism destination housing tension,pure functional,only the most basic request in the accommodation.Subsequently,the rise of rural tourism has led to the rapid development of homestays.In order to attract tourists,the early batch of characteristic homestays with regional cultural design elements in China have appeared in first-tier cities or tourist hot cities.In order to show the cultural charm and natural environment advantage of its own region,the design of homestay gradually presents a diversified trend.The development of homestay in Taiwan and abroad has a long history.At present,the domestic mainland area in the home stay facility design theory research of relative to its reality in terms of the speed of development is still lacking,especially the call of "beautiful country" cause overheating development of rural home stay facility,also appeared many problems,therefore,homogeneous design trend is obvious,good local characteristic culture and regional natural conditions failed to fully excavate and reasonable use.As far as the design status of Nanchang folk house is concerned,the utilization rate of courtyard in folk house is low,the design form is single,the regional characteristics are not enough,the ornamental and functional are not enough.The research scope of homestay design is wide,which can be divided into internal and external from the perspective of space design,but it is still a little wide for personal research.The author would like to view,select the home stay facility outer space in the garden as the research object,combined with domestic and foreign research results,on the whole from the courtyard of the home stay facility,garden landscape,regional design to present the content of the three aspects are studied;At the same time,in the knowledge and understanding of landscape elements,on the basis of key research home courtyard landscape design method of the regional,and summarized the design principles and the three-dimensional expression technique,the research of landscape pattern and regional landscape design interactive relations;Finally,the theoretical results obtained from the study are verified in the form of actual case analysis to establish the practical significance of the research content.
