Research And Development Of 45 Ton Hydrostatic Winch

Hydrostatic winch is widely used in the areas of construction machinery, miningmachinery, building machinery as well as marine ships and oil exploitation.Hydrostatic winch of high tons and performance is a key equipment in horizontaltrailing operation for heavy equipment of sea oil industry in open field, sea port andharbor and for ship positioning on the sea. The 45-ton hydrostatic winch is developedby Tianjin Jingyan Company for National Marine Oil Corporation. As the principal ofthe project, the author is responsible for and shares a complete developing procedureof the winch. Now the winch has been user-checked, accepted and succeeded in firstsite operation test. The basic machine and hydraulic control system of the 45tonhydrostatic winch are expatiated in the paper, analysis and calculation are presented,safety checking is conducted on some important components and the test result of thewinch is analyzed.On the basis of this project, the paper is extended on hydrostatic drive technology andwinch development. Main contents and technical innovations are as following:1. Development of hydraulic drive technology of winch is studied. The applicationof hydrostatic propulsion technology to construction machinery, miningmachinery and marine industry area is described.2. The scheme design and total layout plan of 45ton hydrostatic winch are presented.Detailed design, analysis and calculation of hydraulic control are listed. Thetechnical innovations includes hydrostatic drive technology, constant tensioncontrol technology and rope arrangement technology.3. Main parameter calculation, selection of key components and their safety check inthe project are presented.4. Tests, calibration, on board tests and on site trial are expatiated.5. Further research and development of the winch are prospected.
