Torque is a mechanical quantity which reflects mechanical properties synthetically,and it is a key index to judge the quality of rotary machinery.In order to ensure the quality of production,the torque of the product must be tested and controlled.In the process of promoting the cooperation between the school and enterprise,the Heyuan magic cube manufacturer puts forward that due to the lack of torque related standards and the corresponding testing equipment,there is a great difficulty in the judgment of the quality of the rotating machinery of the magic cube,and the method of judgment is also backward.It can only be identified and judged by the experienced technicians in the field of the production of magic cube.First of all,through searching the relevant documents at home and abroad,enterprise research and expert interview,this paper comprehensively understands the control technology,circuit design and data acquisition methods of dynamic torque and magic square dynamic torque measurement,and provides a theoretical basis for developing the technical route of the development of the magic square dynamic torque tester and technical support.Secondly,according to the testing requirements of the dynamic torque tester for the magic cube,the equipment,material,parameters and other related components of the control circuit are determined by PLC and microcontroller as the control core.In the design process,SolidWorks software was used to draw the 3D effect diagram of the tester.Based on the Descartes right angle coordinate system,the X axis pneumatic control system of the tester,the Y axis pneumatic control system and the Z axis pneumatic control system were determined.The structure of the equipment was more clear and easy to control.Thirdly,based on the hardware,Keil C and XC series programming software are used to compile the MCU program of torque data acquisition module,magic cube rotating machinery quality judgment module and single chip computer program of the Modbus communication protocol module,and PLC ladder diagram control program.The human-machine interaction module control system is designed by SamDraw5.0 software,and the functions such as manual debugging,system parameter setting and so on are realized.Finally,because there is little information about the quality of the magic cube rotation,no relevant standards can be used for reference.In this paper,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to select the quality magic cube of the rotating machinery through the enterprise magic cube expert,and then the positive and reverse torque extremum values of the six face are measured by the torque tester.Afterwards,the extremum value is taken as a reference basis for judging whether the quality of the magic cube rotary machine is up to standard in the later production process.Through the test and calibration of the dynamic torque tester of the magic cube,the average error of the whole machine is 0.14% through the comparison between the theoretical value and the measured value.Sampling inspection by enterprise,it can accurately measure the positive and reverse dynamic torque values of the six sides of the magic cube,and can make a reasonable judgement on the quality of the rotating machinery of the magic cube and reach the expected goal.
