The electric controlled mechanical automatic transmission which is equipped with dry clutch has the characteristics of simple structure,high transmission efficiency,and conforms to the national conditions of our country,so it has broad application prospect.However,due to the poor heat dissipation condition of the dry clutch friction plate,it is necessary to optimize the sliding friction control of the clutch.At present,the research of clutch sliding friction at home and abroad mainly focuses on simulation.In the experiment,it is mainly based on the specific clutch platform,and the multiple data acquisition system of clutch is not realized in the actual vehicle transmission system.In this paper,based on the Zigbee wireless transmission technology and CAN bus technology,taking the AMT system of a certain type of heavy wheeled off-road vehicle as the research platform,the low power consumption and non contact data acquisition system which can synchronously collect the speed,torque and temperature of the clutch is designed.To provide data support for the optimal control of the clutch.This paper primarily studies the following aspect;(1)Through the analysis of the overall structure of the clutch,and the analysis of its motion state,the signal transmission scheme of the clutch data acquisition system is determined.In combination with the experimental bench,the torque transmission characteristics of the whole platform and the change of temperature in the clutch are analyzed;(2)The whole data acquisition system is designed,which including clutch friction temperature data acquisition,clutch torque data acquisition,JN338 torque sensor data acquisition,low power supply circuit,system synchronization,etc.And in order to prolong the working time of the whole system and reduce the number of disassembly and assembly times during the experiment,the power supply circuit with low power consumption is designed and used in the data acquisition system;(3)According to the system design,the software and hardware parts of each subsystem are designed.Based on the Ansys simulation,the optimization of the position of the torque sensor is realized.According to the structure and working principle of the clutch,the installation of the whole system on the friction plate is optimized.To ensure that the entire system can operate smoothly without affecting the clutch;(4)The clutch torque sensor,the clutch inner temperature sensor and the JN338 torque sensor are calibrated.After the calibration,the system is designed and installed on the test bench.And the data collection system is verified through different experimental conditions.Finally,through the VB interface of the PC,the data of each group were collected in real time;(5)Processing the experimental data and draw the data curve.And we compare the torque data collected by the JN338 torque sensor and the clutch torque sensor.At the same time,we compared the calculated results with the experimental values.Based on the experimental data,we analyze the change of torque and temperature to verify the whole system.
