| AC contactor is a kind of automatic control low voltage apparatus,which is widely used in daily production and life,and the exhibited dynamic response characteristics are different by different phase.The dynamic response characteristics of AC contactor not only affect the contactor’s electrical and mechanical life,but also determine the operating state of the whole system.Therefore,it is important to obtain the dynamic response characteristics of AC contactor and the dynamic response evaluation.In this paper,the dynamic performance test and evaluation system of AC contactor was designed based on virtual instrument theory,it mainly included the following three parts:Firstly,the AC contactor dynamic performance test system was designed,which could realize the collection work or the contactor coil voltage,current signal,contact voltage signal,core displacement signal and other parameters.The data acquisition function of this test system was composed of two parts,software and hardware.The hardware part was composed of phase selection control module,data acquisition module and signal detection module.The software part wrote the data storage,data playback,data printing and online publishing four parts using the graphical programming language,which realized the preservation and sharing of data.Data transmission between upper and lower computer was through RS-485 serial communication protocol.Secondly,the extraction of the dynamic response characteristics of the contactor was completed with two methods,LabVIEW graphical programming and MATLAB wavelet toolbox.The LabVIEW programming method could get the contact bounce time,the distance,the process,the maximum displacement of the core and other the dynamic parameters intuitively.The MATLAB wavelet toolbox could convert the signal from the time domain to the frequency domain for dynamic process analysis,and it extracted the corresponding dynamic response characteristic parameters.Thirdly,this paper used Labview calling Matlab programming to evaluate the contactor dynamic response in different closing phase angles,and the calculated dynamic response characteristic values as numerical basis,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as the theoretical basis,... |
