With the continuous development of the overall configuration of China's power system,the state has paid more and more attention to the distribution of urban and rural distribution networks.How to scientifically set up the planning of urban distribution networks is particularly important.In traditional power construction,China always puts power generation first,and power transmission and distribution in second place.Therefore,reasonable and appropriate city distribution network planning gradually shows its unique advantages,providing reasonable and scientific guidance experience for the transformation of power grid construction.In recent years,with the development of society and economy,the 13 th Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps has continuously increased its electricity load,and the requirements for power supply reliability and power supply quality have also been continuously improved.Old grid grids and substations are no longer available.Therefore,reasonable distribution network planning is needed to ensure the economical use of electricity for the 13 divisions.Sex and reliability have become an important research topic.Based on the master plan for the 13 divisions and the national economy development plan for the 13 divisions,this article combines the location and orientation of the region in the city,and comprehensively analyzes the growth of regional electricity and load in the historical years.According to the load forecasting results and the power balance status,the existing power grids were investigated and analyzed,and the power growth law was analyzed.Based on the current status of the distribution network of the 13 divisions,a distribution network plan for 13 divisions was proposed.Technical principles;Based on the 13 th Division power load forecasting and distribution network planning principles,the requirements for the main transformer capacity in each region were analyzed and calculated,and a planning plan for the 11 th Division 110 kV,35kV and 10 kV substations was formulated;Divisional distribution network planning program investment estimates.This study will facilitate the in-depth study of the 13 th Division's distribution network planning method,and provide scientific basis for the investment decisions of the 13 divisions,and at the same time increase the economic benefits and ensure the sustainable development of power companies.
