Study On The Landscape Construction Of Thematic Leisure Farm

In recent years,under the promotion of the “Rural Revitalization” strategy,the leisure agriculture and rural tourism have been developed rapidly,which not only made a great contribution to the promotion of the rural economy and infrastructure,but also strengthened the industrial development in rural areas,and expanded the development approaches.The strategy has played a very essential role in the process of rural revitalization in our countryside and received various attention and support from levels of governments and the society.In addition,with the expansion of the city's scale,the increase of population density,the reduction of urban per capita green space,the deterioration of the environment,and the increase of urban pollution,people are increasingly concerned about their own health,the surrounding natural environment and the social environment.The modern and participatory leisure model has been increasingly recognized and favored by modern city dwellers,and with the emergence of leisure agriculture,the form of tourism activities has developed to the direction of diversification,specialization and participation.Leisure agriculture utilized a variety of agricultural resources comprehensively,combining rural landscapes,natural ecology,cultural landscapes and other elements to provide people with the comprehensive agriculture integrating leisure,sightseeing,experiencing and recuperation.As one of the important business entities of leisure agriculture,the leisure farm is an essential resource for the development of modern agricultural production and tourism.At present,the development of foreign leisure farms is already at a relatively mature stage,but China is still in the stage of rapid development.Leisure agriculture is a new approach to develop agriculture,also a frontier of tourism development.With the rapid development of leisure agriculture throughout China,the number of leisure farms has increased dramatically.From the perspective of local practice,however,the development and management of leisure farms have encountered bottlenecks,so the issue of optimization and upgrading is extremely urgent.One of the manifestations is that the activity projects are stereotyped and unattractive,which has affected the construction and development level of leisure farms in China to some extent,and it also constrained the pace of rapid development of leisure farms in China.This paper introduced the concept of the thematic landscape into the design of the leisure farm landscape,and provided some feasible and applied methods for solving some of the problems about feature and culture.Firstly,this paper summarized relatedstudies on thematic landscapes and leisure farms,and took the leisure farm planning as the research object.Then,the status quo and problems of leisure farm development at home and abroad were researched and analyzed theoretically,in order to conclude the development inspirations of domestic leisure farms from the experience of foreign leisure farms.Secondly,through digging and integrating the theme of leisure farms,specific strategies for thematic farms with “agricultural-oriented,regional cultural integration,alienated lifestyles,compound function system,tourism-driven,and perfect basic service” were created.Through three expressions of “iconic building renovation and artistic creativity,space construction of pastoral life and narrative expression,heritage of countryside culture and symbol extraction”,the thematic construction of leisure farms was demonstrated.Finally,this paper had deeply researched the planning and design practice of the leisure agricultural farm in Yixing,Jiangsu Province.
