In the face of today's talent competition gradually developed to the direction of marketization and internationalization,how to balance the costs at the same time improve the effect of employee motivation" reduce the turnover rate of high-quality talent,has become a word of the modern company management important problem.In the rapid economic development in the 21st century,the company competition is essentially competition for talent,therefore,how to better management,incentive talent is to be solved in the process of each company to seek development.From the perspective of incentive theory,establish targeted,matching demand,differentiated,and the combination of rewards and punishment incentive mechanism,combining the market factor to the promotion of the competitiveness of the incentives is the key to the talent competition advantageIn this paper,the main content is combined with XD Shenyang the company's actual situation,on the basis of literature research,from the human capital theory,demand hierarchy theory,two-factor theory and justice theory,the problems existing in the current technical staff incentive mechanism for the company to optimize the design for a more joint company development strategy and incentive employees incentive mechanism,makes every effort to improve the validity of the technical staff incentive mechanism,the company's core competitiveness.Diagnosis through on-the-spot investigation and communication feedback,found the company salary incentive excess of welfare,performace appraisal system not perfect and lack of development space to grow up,combined with relevant incentive theory,this paper first put forward the improvement Suggestions to solve these problems one by one and then with the help of the thought of the balanced scorecard,optimization design was carried out on the company's performance appraisal system,and developed based on the evaluation of employee incentive plan,and also puts forward the incentive mechanism to implement security advice,to ensure that the optimized staff incentive mechanismsIn this paper,the study found that although the company of the knowledge and technical staff,material incentive is the most effective means.but only the material incentive is not enough,deal with material needs and spiritual needs of employees with the same attention.appropriate with certain non-material incentives,if necessary can also take leading incentives,promote employees and companies grow together.Adopt scientific performance evaluation method,establishes the reasonable training system,the implementation of the personal development of scientific management,create a good corporate culture,build a set of incentive system suitable for technical staff,for XD Shenyang branch health sustainable development is of great significance.
