Research On The Micro Renewal Strategy Of Yangcheng Old Town Under The Guidance Of "Catalyst Effect" In Shanxi

With the continuous development of the city,some prominent problems,such as the decline in the ecological environment and the living environment,the vitality of the development and the deterioration of the block style,have greatly affected the overall development of the city.In reality,due to the existence of a certain scale of historical buildings in some old urban areas,or the existence of complex property rights relations,or the functions of some cities in the city,it is not suitable for a large-scale "top-down" development,and it also brings difficulties for the renewal of the old city.From the perspective of micro renewal and the theory of "catalyst",this paper discusses the "bottom-up" micro update development strategy of urban old urban area under the influence of "cultural catalyst",and takes the old city of Yangcheng County of Shanxi as an example to renew its practice in order to provide reference for the renewal of other urban old urban areas.First of all,the paper systematically analyzes the cultural resources and development status of the old urban areas,and summarizes the crux of development and the main cultural connotations.Then,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to establish the evaluation model,the cultural connotation of the old city is evaluated with three aspects as cultural value,carrier situation and renewal benefit.Finally,the cultural connotation of the catalyst can be selected to guide the renewal practice.Secondly,under the guidance of the cultural connotation of the catalyst,combining the crux of the development of the old city,the carrier space of the catalyst culture is updated and constructed from the three aspects of "point","line" and "face".Finally,using the modified catalyst space,combined with the experiential characteristics of the catalyst culture,it guides the development of the catalyst space to cultural tourism,characteristic business and cultural industry,and realizes the cultural expression,environmental transformation and vitality promotion of the old city.
