| "Parking" problem intensified in the city,the emergence of stereoscopic parking can effectively solve this social problem.Stereoscopic parking Spaces is a sunrise industry,want to have a very broad market and development prospects.Based on practical engineering projects,this paper mainly introduces a kind of vertical circulation parking,calculation and analysis of its circulation structure and the main framework,its structural strength and stability is verified,the stereoscopic parking space in the market is of great significance to the practical application.This paper introduces the structure of vertical circulation parking Spaces,main characteristics and the principle of operation,set up the cars capsules movement under the condition of not to interfere in the mathematical model of the loop structure parameter design and calculation.For lifting chain,sheave and the main body frame structure is designed,and its strength check calculation.ANSYS finite element analysis software statics analysis was carried out on the cyclic structure and main frame,and from the theoretical calculation and simulation analysis show the stability of the car body frame under the condition of static load.Through the study of the mathematical model of the cars speed of capsules and the establishment of the discrete model,the application of MATLAB simulation software for velocity influence on the cars running stability of the capsules,to provide theoretical basis for the choice of the car speed.Modal analysis was carried out on the transmission of sheave get the inherent frequency,resonance,sheave will not occur.Chain of kinematics model and dynamics model is established by RecurDyn simulation software for dynamic characteristic research.Application of modal analysis theory and method to extract the main framework of vertical circulation parking modal analysis,selection of El Centro as simulated seismic wave to incentive of main frame,response spectrum analysis in ANSYS,the stress and strain of the main frame diagram,verify the seismic performance of parking is good,for similar structure seismic design provides a theoretical basis. |
