With the urbanization process and the rapid growth of motor vehicle ownership,motorized travel has become the most important feature of the structural change of transportation mode.The construction of urban parking infrastructure lags behind,and the development of urban land resources is limited.The construction of mechanical three-dimensional parking facilities with small land area,high degree of automation and high space utilization rate is gradually becoming one of the effective ways to alleviate parking difficulties at the present stage.For general hospitals located in the city center,they are faced with severe challenges in the development process of parking,which is reflected in the unbalanced utilization of time and space,as well as the prominent contradiction with the matching and layout of parking resources.Therefore,the construction of mechanical stereoscopic garage in urban general hospital has become an inevitable choice to relieve the parking predicament of hospital and improve the parking experience of the masses.In this thesis,the general hospital in the central area of the city is taken as the research object.By analyzing the time-varying characteristics of the parking of hospital vehicles and dividing the three groups of hospitals,the characteristics and differences of the parking behavior of different groups are studied in classification,which provides basic data support for the subsequent parking demand prediction and equipment selection.This thesis puts forward the influencing factors of urban general hospital parking demand,and expounds the forecasting methods of parking demand from land use and vehicle travel.Based on the Scale effect model,user preference selection analysis model theory,a forecasting model of urban hospital parking demand is established.Finally,the selection method of three-dimensional parking facilities in urban general hospitals is proposed for the builders,users and operation and maintenance parties.Based on the ANP-grey relational decision theory,the selection model of three-dimensional parking facilities in urban general hospitals is studied.Firstly,the current situation of parking difficulty in urban general hospitals and corresponding parking difficulty alleviation measures were obtained through current investigation.The parking characteristics of hospitals were analyzed by vehicle arrival and departure,parking berth occupancy characteristics and parking duration characteristics in different weeks,and the parking behavior choices were analyzed by dividing medical staff,outpatient staff and visitors.It provides basic data support for parking demand analysis and prediction and selection and setting method of three-dimensional parking facilities.Secondly,from the perspective of berth prediction,this paper explores the influencing factors of parking demand in urban general hospitals.This paper analyzes the influence of social economic level and different population on the parking demand of city general hospital.Based on land use and vehicle travel,common parking demand prediction models are compared and analyzed.On this basis,the hospital scale effect and user preference selection were studied,and the hospital scale effect-user preference selection model theory was constructed to provide reliability data prediction and analysis for the construction and application of three-dimensional parking facility selection model.Thirdly,the thesis briefly introduces the alternative parking facilities of urban general hospital,conducts identification analysis for the needs of the builders,users,operation and maintenance parties,and proposes the selection principle,method and process of three-dimensional parking facilities of urban general hospital.Based on grey Decision theory,ANP theory and Super Decision software,Design a two-wheel model selection method for three-dimensional parking facilities in urban general hospitals.A model algorithm based on ANP-grey decision theory was constructed to explore the selection and setting method of three-dimensional parking facilities in urban general hospitals.The model of stereoscopic parking facility selection constructed provides a research and analysis method for the analysis of subsequent engineering cases.Finally,taking the public parking garage project case of Jingzhou First People’s Hospital for theoretical verification and analysis,briefly introduces its location and parking problems.Aiming at the theoretical model algorithm,a two-round selection method suitable for general hospital was proposed firstly.Grey decision theory was applied to the first round of selection,and ANP network hierarchy model was applied to the second round of selection.In the first round of selection,based on the grey decision theory,through the selection of a number of quantitative index sets,some schemes that best meet the needs of the builders are selected and applied to the second round of selection.The selection of the second round is based on the theory of grey Decision theory and ANP network analytic hierarchy process,comprehensively uses the Super Decision software,and considers the internal factors to be analyzed and the interaction between the factors from various factors,such as the builder,user and operation and maintenance,to calculate the internal index set and judgment matrix of the scheme.Super Decision 3.2 professional decision analysis software is used to calculate the pros and cons of the final scheme.
