In the new era of knowledge economy,both enterprises and society pay more attention to knowledge workers,and they are one of the most valuable power sources for enterprise development.In recent years,private enterprises in China have developed rapidly and made great contribution to China's economic development.In enterprise management,human resources are especially important for knowledge management."Incentive" is in the whole at the core of human resource management,private enterprises need to enhance their awareness of the importance of market more,strengthen internal management,in the increasingly fierce market competition in the invincible position.Our enterprise to retain knowledge workers incentive measures must be taken,because only the employees are passionate,loyal and devoted to work,can better improve the work efficiency and work efficiency,but what is really to take charge of business,ability to constantly strive for the benefit of the enterprise,create a good performance.Even so,the private enterprise is difficult to retain knowledge workers,excellent talents have higher bargaining power,has a higher liquidity,if the knowledge staff is not stable,so enterprise development will greatly damage.Therefore,how to design a new type of knowledge-based employee incentive system and retain knowledge talents is an important problem to be solved urgently.The research object of this article HJY company is located in the shenzhen manufacturing industry emerging private enterprises,while enterprise development speed accelerating,but high knowledge staff turnover rate,also caused a great challenge for enterprise management.Based on the theory of human resource management and employees on the incentive theory,in addition to the management theory,human resource management,organizational behavior theory and incentive practice,also analyses the HJY companies by applying the method of questionnaire and interview in the compensation system,performance appraisal,spiritual motivation,personal development and enterprise environment five aspects the problems in the practice,puts forward corresponding incentive mode,and put forward the improvement methods,more effective incentive for employees to motivate employees to work enthusiasm.We then put forward the incentive model for HJY company,and and the study of HJY knowledge staff problems,design related incentive mechanism and security measures,build HJY enterprise knowledge staff incentive mechanism.
