| Human resources as a kind of strategic resource for the development of enterprises,with the increasing competition of business activities,which has undoubtedly become one of the key factors for the effective operation of an enterprise.Employee motivation focus on the whole process of employees’ psychological activities,which plays an indispensable role in the process of human resources management of enterprises.Whether the employee motivation plan of an enterprise is practical and effective is directly related to the formation of the business performance and competitiveness of an enterprise,and to a certain extent determines the rising and falling of the enterprise.In today’s society,many enterprises have shown a gradual decline in the proportion of tangible assets,while the proportion of intangible assets has gradually increased,and the integration of knowledge products and professionals has become the main core competitiveness of enterprises.Which fully shows that human beings have completely entered the knowledge-based society.The knowledge-based society emphasizes that the knowledge and human resources are as the driving force and foundation for the social survival and development.In this knowledge-based society,knowledge workers who has the critical resource,knowledge,has become important productive forces.And the process of urbanization,marketization,and globalization makes them distinctive.They have different characteristics from other ordinary employees.Their work performance has significant impact on the development of the enterprise.Therefore,how to effectively cultivate and motivate the knowledge workers,how to arouse the enthusiasm of their work and how to give full performance to their ability,has become the focus of attention and research to the scholars and practitioners.This article takes high-tech enterprise(LK Company)as the research object.Firstly,using literature research,by referring to books on human resources and business management,newspapers and magazines,and excellent papers on professional websites,this paper thoroughly analysis and summed up the incentive research status at home and abroad,the definition and behavior characteristics of knowledge workers,the conception and characteristics of the high and new technology enterprise and theory foundation and function of incentive.Which lays a theoretical foundation for the optimization of incentive schemes.Secondly,analyzing the importance of development of LK knowledge staffs.Designing and using the questionnaire survey,meanwhile,using interview survey as additional support,which choose part of the knowledge staffs to have face to face conversation as data supplement.Investigating the effects of the current incentive schemes and summary up the feedback data.And based on the feedback data it can lead to the results of satisfaction degree of the existing incentive scheme,and at the same time,it can also lead to the real demanding degree of related motivation factors under the real work environment.Then,highlights the existing problems of LK company knowledge staff incentive schemes and root cause analysis.Under the guidance of the classical incentive theory,fully considering the differences within LK’s knowledge-based employees,complying with the basic principle of incentive,this paper based on the demands and current situation of LK company,it will optimize the incentive plan in different levels,and to give out safeguard measures of incentive plans for LK’s knowledge-based employees.Finally,summarize the conclusion of this paper and point out the deficiencies and prospects of this study.Hope that through the optimization of LK knowledge employee incentive plan,will not only help upgrade LK’s human resources management level,make the managers have rules to obey for the management of knowledge workers,but also can provide appropriate reference for other companies to optimize the incentive plan of knowledge employees. |
