Study On Cost Control Of BT Onstruction Project

In recent years,the construction industry has developed rapidly.The country has promulgated many relevant policies to curb the excessive growth of the real estate market,which has increased the competition between the construction engineering industry.Construction enterprises must make corresponding measures to this situation to make it a foothold in the industry.It is necessary to start from the optimization of the organization structure and products of the enterprise,and to occupy market share through extremely high strength and competitiveness.Profit is the premise of the project,the most core part is to reduce the cost to improve the competitiveness,which is also the guarantee of the optimal management system of the enterprise,the cost control of the construction project directly affects the survival and development of the enterprise.However,most construction companies in China have not achieved effective cost control.The methods used are very simple.The cost control methods adopted by some construction companies are even completely ineffective.Cost overruns have reduced the profitability of construction companies.space,It may even lead to the termination of the project.Therefore,reasonable cost control can help the construction project to complete smoothly,improve the competitiveness of construction enterprises in the industry,and improve the profits of enterprises.This paper discusses the concept,elements and principles of project cost control,introduces the process and method of project cost control,and expounds the concept of earned value management theory.The basic elements and evaluation indexes of earning value method are applied to the cost control research of construction project.Based on the general situation and existing problems of BT construction project,the cost control of BT construction project combined with the earned value index is calculated and analyzed,the cost control situation of BT construction project is studied and corresponding solutions are put forward.By introducing the earning value method to control the existing problems in the cost of BT construction projects,and analyzing the reasons,it provides an effective method for cost control of BT construction projects.It can find out the specific reasons of the poor cost control in the construction process and put forward the corresponding measures.It shows that the application of the earned value method is more conducive to the cost control of construction items.Finally,the author puts forward the safeguard measures to ensure the effective application of the earned value method in the construction project.
