The Exploration Of Light Plate Rural Residence Design With Steel Frame Based On Prefabricated Assembly

Over the years,with the government's top-down implementation of "building assembly",the rapid development of domestic assembly building is booming.As a large agricultural country,China has a large number of rural population,the vast rural areas should become the most important content of the urban and rural system.Future rural construction should not exclude industrialization.The assembled steel frame structure has been widely used and the light plate of the two systems combined to form the overall housing as the research object,analyze and study the development of the rural residential industrialization,finally the combination of case study and project practice,put forward rural residential construction industrialization development at the same time,should also be into sustainable design and regional thinking and expression.Based on this analysis,firstly,the current China's rural area housing construction situation,further summarizes the current problems existing in the rural housing construction;on this basis,the steel frame plate type prefabricated housing system introduced in rural residential construction,with many advantages of its economic appearance,safe and practical operation convenient,green and can well adapt to the needs of the development of the new rural construction.The new building system integration characteristics of the assembled steel frame structure with light sheet,concise construction mode and corresponding design strategy,from the standardized design of the inquiry,splicing,and the formation of the whole truss structure;optimize the functional division of space on the basis of this,it has strong adaptability and diversity of expression.Starting from the actual project,this paper analyzes the construction cost,construction schedule,construction quality and so on,so as to improve its feasibility in the future practice of rural housing.Taking Nanjing city of Qiaolin Pukou District Community farmers resettlement project as an example,through the application of the specific interpretation of the practice,starting from design and construction,explore the design strategy inside system and external environment,and the future development of building system of planning.Finally,in the part of the summary and outlook of the research,the thesis is summarized,and the deficiencies of the current assembly type steel frame type lighthouse system comprehensively summarized and analyzed,and the application of the housing system in the rural areas of outlook and analysis.
