The Construction And Application Of The Light Assembly Plate Housing System

During the past 30 years of the Reform and Opening,China's rural production and lifestyle has undergone tremendous changes and rural residents' demands for living environment and living quality are increasing.At the same time,with the promotion of China's green sustainable development strategy,energy saving,land,green and other requirements are gradually becoming the future development trend of rural housing.However,most of rural areas in our country are still following the traditional extensive construction methods,which are not only low efficiency,but also the structural safety and building quality are difficult to be guaranteed.In addition to that,it will cause great damage to the ecological environment.Therefore,the traditional construction mode and construction system need to be changed and upgraded urgently.Based on the construction system of light prefabricated plate system,this paper focuses on the application of light prefabricated plate system in the construction of farmer's house,and constructs the light prefabricated system.The technical strategy of the construction system of the plate house system in the construction of the farm house shows the obvious advantages of the construction system in the construction of the farm house,and further discusses the actual operability of the construction system with the demonstration project as an example.In this paper,it summarizes the theoretical framework and technology system from the summary of the study of light prefabricated plate system firstly.Secondly,it makes a detailed investigation on the traditional farm house in Shandong area,and summarizes the characteristics of local traditional farmhouse in building quality and construction mode.And then,it introduces and summarizes the types and characteristics of the existing light prefabricated slabs and light prefabricated slabs,and put forward the concept,system structure and component connection technology of light prefabricated plate system for rural house construction.On the basis of the above,the basic process and operation method of the construction of the light prefabricated plate system are further clarified by the design and construction of the demonstration project in the Houjiwa community of the town of Zoucheng Town,Zoucheng City,Shandong Province,and the technical application and implementation details,and timely feedback on the results of research.
