The Renewal And Recovery Of Old Neighborhoods In Cities

In recent years,with the rapid development of industrialization in our country and the improving of the rate of urbanization,urban construction rapid development,there are great changes in cities,especially some urban infrastructure construction,such as urban roads,municipal pipe network,public service facilities supporting,as well as the construction of urban residential the environment construction.The urban environment and transportation also got huge change.These changes have led to improvements in the quality of cities.However,with the continuous development of urban construction,some urban problems are becoming more and more serious: environmental pollution,traffic congestion,lack of public service facilities,historical culture is destroyed,the disappearance of traditional way of life,and the breakdown of cultural heritage.What is more,these problems are even more serious in the old neighborhoods of cites.In the face of this phenomenon,how to promote the improvement of the residential environment in old neighborhoods in an orderly way and realize the renewal and recovery of the old blocks,so that to achieve the sustainable development of urban construction,has become an significant problem for us.This paper discusses the concept and connotation of urban renewal,analyses the evolution mechanism of the neighborhood renewal,and tries to provide scientific and reasonable development ideas and countermeasures for the further development of urban construction.We take the project of neighborhoods renovate design and construction along the Renmin road,Mengshan road,Xiangshan road,Huaihai road Fujia railway of Huaibei city in 2010-2013 as an example,which the author took part in.The reasons for the formation of the old block were studied,and we analyzed the status quo of these blocks.The design guiding ideology,objectives,principles,management content,implementation of strategy and renovation plan were put forward and put into practice.We finally formatted ?A guideline for the renovate planning and design of road landscape in Huaibei city? with the cooperation of Huaibei city planning bureau and Huaibei city planning and design institute These attempts tried to provide Huaibei city more positive ideas and more effective methods for the update of old neighborhoods and construction and formed a more accurate implementation of the path,which will help to promote urban renewal and the recovery of neighborhoods more safe and effective,and provide citizens a life environment with a beautiful environment,convenient transportation,perfert service facilities and the complete cultural construction.
