Research On Old City Renewal Practice Under The Concept Of Sponge City

In recent years,people pay more and more attention to the renewal of the old city.As the environmental problems become more and more serious,the renewal of the city needs a new and effective way of transformation,which is an important research direction of the renewal of the old city.Traditional transformation methods focus on context inheritance,commercial services,tourism management,and so on.For Rain Water of the Old City,the relationship between landscape greening and the environment is not paid enough attention,resulting in an increase in the impervious surface of the Old City and a large amount of surface runoff during rainfall.Cause non-point source pollution and internal waterlogging disaster.The use of various technical solutions of the sponge city can achieve better rainwater utilization effects,effectively coordinate the connection of various elements in the old city,and has great value for the development of the living environment of the residents.This paper takes the old urban area as the research object,through summarizing the development trend and predicament of the urban renewal and transformation,looking for the entry point of the application of the technological measures of the sponge city,putting forward the transformation mode of the sponge city on the basis of the problem-oriented,and constructing the ecological system.Design process,technology selection and monitoring and other aspects of the research.In order to effectively apply the technology of sponge city to the renovation of old city,the strategy of modularization application is put forward.The old city is divided into four modules: water system,building,road and green space,and the application method of sponge city technology for each module is analyzed.The spongy city of Rain Water,which forms a spot,line and surface,uses the landscape system.Finally,combining with the theory of using the technology of sponge city to rebuild the old city,this paper makes on-the-spot investigation on the old city renewal project of Qinyang city,and selects the measures from the sponge city.The strategy of modularization transformation and Rain Water's use of landscape system to design and reform the old city.
