Study On Optimization Of Road Traffic System In Fotang Town Based On Urban Repair Concept

In the context of the gradual urbanization increase in China and the development of urban development turning from external increment to intension existent development which is called the new normal stage,urban renewal gradually turns to small scale,humanism and cautiously progressive renewal trend,while the urban repair concept of the new period of urban renewal has been created.As a shortcoming which is relatively lagging and non-negligible in small towns,the road traffic system also has new transformation and optimizing requirements in the construction and development of small towns.Through analyzing the evolution of the process of urban renewal stage,and the comparison analysis of urban repair concept to other concepts of urban renewal,this thesis summarizes urban repair concept is to deal with material and non-material environmental problems,and optimize physical space environment and social humanities environment by the small scale and progressive method of old elements reparation and new elements supplement.Afterwards,according to the characteristics and optimizing requirements of road traffic system in small towns,this thesis analyzes the applicability and guiding role of urban repair concept in the optimization of road traffic system in small towns,and summarizes the strategies of the optimization of the road traffic system in small towns under the view of urban repair concept,while establishing the principles,steps and methods for the optimization of road traffic system in small towns.Based on the environment comprehensive improvement of Fotang Town,this thesis applies the strategies to the practice of road traffic system optimization in Fotang Town,and discusses the practicality and feasibility of road traffic system renewal practice with using TransCAD software to predict and analyze the traffic capacity.
