Study On Safety Evaluation And Optimization Of Road Traffic Planning In Small Towns In Cold Areas

With the continuous improvement of motorization in small towns and towns in winter and the acceleration of urbanization,the road traffic situation in urban areas is becoming more and more severe,and the safety of traffic is drawing more and more attention.Compared with ordinary cities,the traffic safety of small towns in cold regions is particularly important due to the special climate and environmental conditions.Especially in winter and winter,accidents of traffic accidents usually result in serious injuries and fatalities,vehicle damage and road blockages.as a result of,How to evaluate and optimize the safety of road traffic planning in small cities and towns in cold areas to improve their operational safety has become an urgent problem to be solved in the development of small cities and towns in cold areas.This paper first analyzes the urban characteristics,road traffic characteristics and the characteristics of road traffic accidents in the small cities and towns in cold area,and analyzes in detail the factors affecting the safety of road traffic planning in small towns in winter in four aspects:people,vehicles,roads and environment.Then according to the selection principle of road traffic safety evaluation indexes,the evaluation indexes of physiological factors,psychological factors,safety awareness,vehicle performance,road conditions,road geometry,intersection,traffic facilities,climate environment,traffic environment and artificial environment were selected The index system of road traffic safety assessment of small towns in cold area is discussed;the corresponding road traffic safety optimization measures are discussed according to the specific index of indicator system;and on the basis of analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various road traffic safety evaluation methods Tomographic analysis method to construct the safety evaluation model of road traffic planning in small towns in cold area.Finally,the road traffic safety evaluation and analysis of Anda City is taken as an example to prove the practicability of the road traffic safety assessment model proposed in this paper and to put forward the optimization measures and suggestions for road safety of Anda City based on the evaluation results.Traffic managers provide reference and decision-making basis,with a certain reference value and guiding significance.
