Compressor is used to compress gas so as to improve the machinery of gas pressure,it has a lot of phyletic and has been applicated extensively.The sealing performance of cylinder cover is an important guarantee of compressor normal work,directly determines the reliability and safety of the compressor work.Therefore,as the improvement of the performance of the compressor refrigerating capacity and so on,in order to guarantee the reliability of the sealing cylinder head and its components,the requirements of the selection of the connecting bolt of cylinder head and checking,sealing gasket sealing performance,the structure of compressor in the work under the pressure of sealing performance are put forward.The compressor cylinder head bolt is the important removable parts which can connect cylinder head,gasket,cylinder,and by applying the bolt torque it can ensure that the compressor cylinder head form a sealed cavity which play key role in sealing.And gasket sealing function is that after applied the bolt pretention foce,the gasket deformation of the raised seal line began to occur.Deformation increase with the increase of pretention force,gasket tend to be flattened,seal line contact pressure become greater than the gas pressure inside the cylinder,so it can ensure the sealing performance of the cylinder.Therefore,the study of bolts and gasket is the key to the whole sealing study.This article absorbs a large number of related design and analysis technology with advanced theory and method at home and abroad,through the theoretical calculation and finite element simulation analysis technology for the detailed analysis and research of the compressor cylinder head bolt and sealing gasket,Including:using the traditional design method theoretical calculation of the bolt to the compressor chooses to check parameters of the bolt,provide the basis for the subsequent simulation analysis,Introducing the development of thread analysis method,study the contact section method to solve the problem of bolt screw thread in the simulation of the new effect,and based on the contact section method to strength analysis with threaded bolt length,the choice of test bolt connection performance,optimized the thread screw and length;Through 2D simulation with metal gasket sealing process and mechanism of the gasket,3D analysis by using ANSYS special gasket unit,solves the problem of big gasket elements,high cost and poor convergence,getting different location of the gasket sealing performance distribution,and in view of the sealing effect of bolt pretention force optimization;Through transient dynamic analysis of the structure under the condition of pressure fluctuations of gas inside the cylinder gasket on the curves of contact pressure and bolt stress change curve.so as to provide more reference for the selection of bolts and gasket.To sum up,this paper provides a strong support to solve the problem of studying the performance of the compressor seal solution,which rely on finite element technology in sealing plays a key use all connecting bolts and gaskets for analysis and verification,reduce a lot of physical experiment,improve the product design method,shorten the development cycle of new products,provides important application value for the reliability of the compressor and the working performance of the sealing,which will have broad application prospect.
