| In recent years,the Jibei Region(the general designation of Tangshan,Langfang,Zhangjiakou,Chengde and Qinhuangdao of Hebei Province)is facing serious air pollution,irrational energy structure,economic downturn and other difficulties.It needs to use electric power substitution to change the energy consumption structure dominated by fossil fuels,minimize the use of fossil fuels such as coal and oil?control the total amount of energy and adjust the energy consumption structure.Electric energy substitution in refers to using electric energy instead of burning coal,fuel and some other energy consumption methords at the terminal energy consumption.At present,sort out the energy consumption in various fields and tap the electric energy substitution growth forecast in the Jibei Region it is of great theoretical and practical significance.The subject is discussed from the following four parts on the electric energy substitution growth forecast in the Jibei Region.Firstly,we have summed of domestic and foreign research status among energy consumption,electric energy substitution and electric energy substitution potential.Secondly,we collect and arrange relevant policies of electric energy substitution and then classify and analyse them by national,Heibei Porvince and the Jibei Region three levels.According to the result,we can find some problems of recent policies,so we propose suggestions of them.Thirdly,based on the result of recently energy consumption of the Jibei Region,we can focus on the main area of electric energy substitution.Meanwhile,we can we find out the technology development trend from five areas.After that,we put forward five weakness and four opportunities of electric energy substitution development.Finally,we define theoretical potential,technology feasible potential,economical feasible potential,environmental feasible potential and find out the prediction of electric energy substitution potential.Accroding to that,we predict six areas’electric energy substitution potential,and then give the final conclusion of the Jibei Region.The results of this project can provide decision-making support for the relevant departments to formulate electric energy substitution policies and plans,and effectively promote the implementation of electric energy substitution in the Jibei Region. |
