Electric energy substitution refers to the use of hydropower,wind power,photovoltaics,and other high-efficiency,low-polluting electricity to replace fossil energy such as coal,oil,and natural gas used in terminal energy to achieve the purpose of promoting energy conservation and emission reduction.The logistics industry is a basic,strategic and leading industry in my country's modern economic system.With the development of e-commerce and the rapid growth of urban population in the past ten years,urban logistics,as an intermediate link in the logistics field,has great potential for the implementation of electric energy substitution.This article takes the implementation of electric energy substitution in the logistics field as the research background,and uses electric energy substitution as the carrier of the implementation of new energy logistics vehicles.First,it analyzes the way to implement electric energy substitution in the logistics field.It analyzes the substitution relationship between new energy urban logistics vehicles and fuel urban logistics vehicles from three levels of technology,market and vehicle parameters,and obtains the alternative ways and applicable alternative scenarios of new energy logistics vehicles to traditional logistics vehicles.Then,facing the user side,that is,the logistics enterprise,the economic cost of the life cycle of electric energy substitution in the urban logistics field is calculated and analyzed.An economic cost accounting model for the life cycle of electric energy substitution is constructed.The model calculates the initial input cost,use cost and scrap cost of logistics vehicles.Through actual calculation examples,the cost of purchasing and using new energy logistics vehicles and traditional logistics vehicles is analyzed and compared,which provides economic cost data support for logistics enterprises to implement scientific,reasonable and effective decision-making on electric energy substitution.The next part is based on life cycle theory,accounting According to the environmental benefits of pure electric logistics vehicles and traditional logistics vehicles throughout the life cycle,it is believed that the proportion of thermal power in the energy structure is an important factor affecting the environmental benefits of electric energy substitution,and the proportion of critical thermal power that implements electric energy substitution in the urban logistics field is calculated.Finally,a dynamic model of the urban logistics electric energy substitution system is established to study the influence of policy factors,electricity price factors and battery technology factors on the implementation of electric energy substitution in the urban logistics field.The model is set up in different scenarios for simulation,and the results show that: policy factors and battery technology factors have a greater impact on the implementation of electric energy substitution;electricity price factors have a small impact on the implementation of electric energy substitution,but it will affect the process of electric energy substitution.In the context of the gradual decline of my country's new energy vehicle industry subsidy policy,several reasonable suggestions have been put forward to promote the implementation of electric energy substitution in the urban logistics field,and promote the implementation of electric energy substitution in the logistics industry to achieve sustainable development.
