After a steady and rapid growth period,China’s electric power industry began to appear a series of problems in recent years,mainly caused by its long-term extensive development model.For example,structural power shortage and excess electricity has appeared the waste of photoelectric and wind power has occurred,the annual utilization of generator set has continued to decline and so on.Faced with these problems,the traditional means of administrative control has become stretched and can hardly achieve the desired results.At the same time,with the continuous improvement of technological level,electric vehicles,distributed power and a series of new power equipment access to the grid,the safe and stable operation of the gird power system has appeared more unpredictability and uncertainty.In order to solve the traditional problems effectively and grasp the new development opportunities at the same time,a large number of electric power industry researchers have carried out extensive research in the demand-side management.However,the research on demand-side management is still focused on the mining of intelligent algorithms and the utilization of advanced computer technology.The acquisition and sharing of data is the basis of data mining and the important segment of demand-side management,but the theory and practice of its mechanism design are rarely studied.Besides,the traditional management means lacks the deep thinking of its overall frame construction and platform establishment.Therefore,based on the status quo of demand-side management,this paper studies the acquisition and sharing mechanism based on the existing data acquisition and utilization conditions.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the management of demand side management in China,and puts forward the data acquisition and sharing mechanism which is suitable for the development level of China’s electric power system.This paper provides the appropriate theoretical support and practical exploration to improve the utilization level of data and facilitate the in-depth development of demand-side management.The main work of this paper includes the following aspects:1)First,this paper studies the status quo of domestic and international electric power data collection,verification and application model,makes a summary of data acquisition and sharing mechanism and analyzes the application scope and prospects of the mechanism.2)second,this paper studies the status quo of data development of electric power system in China,summarizes the causes of the existing problems of power data sharing,establish reasonable dimensions of the core factors such as data source,application field,industry demand and make appropriate classification,which lays the foundation for putting forward a reasonable data acquisition sharing mechanism.3)Third,on the basis of the above research,combined with the application of electric power data in demand-side management,fully considered of the data acquisition,data transmission and data integration,this paper put forward a electric power data acquisition and sharing method which meet our demand-side management requirements.4)Finally,In order to prove the validity of the proposed method in this paper,this paper applied the method to the Beijing building energy consumption management projects,the project results show that methods in this paper is effective.
