Research On Electric Vehicle Service Management In Beijing Based On Internet Mode

Face the challenges of the increasingly serious energy and environmental problems,developing new energy vehicles,oil for electricity generation,energy security and environmental protection in China is the important strategic measures,which is also the only way to guarantee the sustainable development of automobile industry of our country.At the third session of the 12th National People's Congress,premier li keqiang delivered a report on the work of the government.The government work report pointed out that the "Internet plus" action plan should be developed to promote the integration of mobile Internet,cloud computing,big data and Internet of things with modern manufacturing.Based on the above,the development of "Internet + electric vehicle" is of great significance to promote the transformation and upgrading of China's industry and realize the strategic transformation and upgrading of China's economic structure.Based on the electric vehicle industry chain analysis,combining the current situation of the development of electric vehicles,the service demand of stakeholders in the electric vehicles industry chain is analyzed,which lays the foundation for the core content of electric vehicles service management and evaluation of electric vehicle management.On this basis,the index system of electric vehicle service management based on the Internet model is constructed,and the content of the evaluation index is determined.Combining the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the fuzzy level evaluation model is built to evaluate the service management ability of electric vehicle,and the method of studying the service management of electric vehicle is formed.Through the investigation of "Beijing charging facilities service management platform",the operation and development of the combination of Internet mode and electric vehicle service management are deeply studied.Combined with the evaluation index system and expert evaluation scoring,the service management level of Beijing electric charging service management platform for Beijing electric vehicles is evaluated.Finally,according to the results of the evaluation,we put forward some rationalization proposals,such as "strengthening the role of the enterprise main body" and "changing the role of the government".In this paper,the author studies the work experience of the "Beijing charging facilities service management platform",which has strong pertinence and practicability.In view of the nature and significance of Beijing charging facilities service management platform,this article has certain reference significance for the development of electric vehicle service management in Beijing area under the Internet mode.The process of development in the future,we need to innovate business model based on Internet service mode of electric vehicle management,technology innovation,value innovation,and focus on the management of the service object of the electric vehicle industry chain in the electric car service demand,and enhance the management level,to promote the industrial development of electric vehicles.
