Design And Application Of Multifunctional Internet Traffic Safety Service Platform

Currently, China has 20.69 millon motor vehicles and 30.08 million drivers, of which 16.2 million are automobiles and 26.4 million are drivers. It supports 2 million times da ily visits,20 thousands online users, larger than 800(per second) parallel visit requests, larger than 100 mes sage(per second) processing capability, less than 5 seconds real time message delay, and less than 30 secon ds queue message delay. By means of a variety of services channels including web pages, mobile phone tex t messages and mobile apps, the platform provides various services such as traffic safety information query, information notification, announcements, bulletin and reporting, service appointments, acceptance and pro cessing.The platform greatly satisfies the needs of massive people as it innovates the working mechanism, const ructs a comprehensive service system for Internet and traffic safety, and solves the inconvenient and ineffici ent of paying financial penalties, getting plate and driver licenses. It is an epoch-making event which greatl y improves the overall traffic safety integrated service capacity and management level.
