With the continuous development of mobile Internet,the development of Internet of Things(IOT)technology is in high-speed.Internet of Vehicles(IOV),as the application of IOT in automotive field,is highly concerned by the community,which is a powerful tool to solve urban congestion problems in the future.A lot of countries are vigorously developing IOV technology,which contains Intelligent terminal,network protocols,and server-side technologies.This paper analyzes the current research for services and management platform of IOV,and designs the overall structure of services and management platform of IOV.The Services and management platform is in center of vehicles data,and provides differentiated services and management.It can provides location targeting and monitoring for individual owners and improve the information level for motorcade and maintenance units.On the software platform,the frameworks of SSH(Struts + Spring + Hibernate)is used,and it make the platform have Scalability.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Plan and design features by Summarizing current research and analyzing the current needs of different users.Thesis design the overall architecture of service and management platform of IOV,and complete detailed design of each layer.2.Design and implement the foundation modules based on the needs analysis and the overall architecture,including database module,communication module and platform software architecture module.Implement a database using MySql databases;communication module contains terminal and the server,server uses multithreading to complete vehicle data receiving and storage;platform software architecture uses scalable SSH framework.3.Implement position monitoring by using online map and latitude and longitude coordinates of the vehicle.The data for historical track playback is obtained from the database and real-time monitoring is pushed from server by pushlet.4.Implement data analysis of the vehicle and information services and management functions between different users combined with vehicle status information data.
