With the sustainable progress of industrialization in China,a series of problems,such as energy crisis,industrial pollution and ecological environment destruction,have been continuously aggravated.Taking the necessary measures has became the current focus research.The best solution to the problem of pollution discharge is control from the source,instead of "end of governance",which resulted in new energy generation.As the main power generation method of traditional thermal power generation in China,coal is the main material,while something pollution are generated during the combustion of coal,such as dust,S02,NOx and C02,etc.affecting the ecological environment.New energy generation,that reduces waste discharge,has received widespread attention.In order to solve the problem of imbalanced consumption of new energy sources in the region and the inefficient production process of new energy generation,it is imperative to reform new energy industry and optimize production process.In the process of production of new energy generation,managers hope that the effect of improving production efficiency is intuitive,so as to adjust and optimize the policies according to the production results,and ensure that the efficiency of optimization measures can adapt to the development of industry.Therefore,the comprehensive evaluation of the production status of new energy generation is of great significance.Firstly,the paper analyzes the research background and significance of new energy research,and researches the current status of new energy generation both at home and abroad,and some details of the current research direction and content of new energy generation.Focus on the new energy theory,according to the development of new energy generation,the objective is mastering the main components of new energy content and the method to achieve the goal,compared with the "end of governance",that highlights the need of the development of new energy generation.According to the operational characteristics of new energy generation,the establishment of an suitable index system for the comprehensive evaluation of new energy generation is the crucial step.Building a comprehensive evaluation model of new energy generation,which uses AHP to preprocess the data,confirm the weight of each index system,and get the final evaluation score,then uses DEA and cloud models to evaluate the quantitative and qualitative indicators respectively.The optimized evaluation model will be carried to evaluation the new generation comprehensively.The evaluation results shows that the model has high evaluation accuracy and has certain practicality.Finally,according to the evaluation results,the corresponding improvement measure of new energy generation is putting forward to providing guarantee for the smooth rising efficiency of new energy generation.
