Quality Control Of Manufacturing Stage Of Steam Turbine Through-flow Reconstruct

In order to improving the economy of power plant operation,reduces the powersupply coal consumption,turbine through-flow reconstruct has become the important measures of energy saving of the power plant.The quality of turbine through-flow passage equipment,have the direct bearing on the unit installation,reliability of the operation,even in relation to the reconstruction project successful or not.In order to guarantee the quality of the product,prevent nonconforming products from leaving the factory,turbine through-flow mill supervisen is a potent measure to ensure the equipment quality.From the product release to finish production,supervisors assist and promote the factory guarantee the quality of equipment manufacturing,eliminate quality problems,realize the whole process management of equipment manufacturing stage quality.In this paper,Tangshan power plant unit(2)turbine through-flow reconstruct as the research object,to analyze the quality supervision activities.Firstly,studied and analyzed the turbine through-flow on the efficiency of the steam turbine and the quality control method,theoretical foil for the follow-up study;Secondly,analysis of the defects and problems of the steam turbine throughflow in active service.After that,introduces the basis and content of mill supervision,and instructions quality control method of the mill supervision,define the principles and requirements of quality control.Next,by citing the practice of supervision in the manufacturing phase,elaborate how to carry on the whole process quality control.In the end,through the thermodynamic test data of the reformed unit and the operating parameters,to evaluate the implementation effect of quality supervision.
