Firstly, the hierarchical structure model and application of two two comparative method to construct the risk factors discriminant matrix, finally calculate relative weight. The method used in this paper as a kind of active exploration, can through the practical application in the electric power project and gradually expand the scope of use. But the premise is to ensure that the professional quality evaluation of engineering project is by measuring the conclusion as scientific basis is discussed, the ultimate solution to the problem of quality of talents for construction of engineering quality judgment.
