Sluice is a common water-blocking structure. It controls the discharge flow through the opening and closing of the gate to regulate the water level at both ends of the chamber. It is widely used in various fields of hydraulic engineering and plays an important role in it.The lock chamber of the sluice mainly consists of the sluice bottom plate, middle pier, side pier, gate, thoracic wall, overhaul bridge, working bridge and traffic bridge. In the design of most floodgates, the calculation and design of the gate floor and the gate pier are separated. However, this method is relatively simple, and it is difficult to reflect the overall effect of the gate structure, and sometimes there are calculation results and actual engineering conditions. There is a big difference. The sluice chamber is a complex spatial structure and cannot be simply analyzed by mechanically splitting it to analyze the stress conditions.Because the lock chamber not only has to bear its own weight and various loads,it also needs to consider the influence of the chamber foundation and side load on both sides of the chamber to the overall structure of the lock chamber. Therefore,it should be considered comprehensively and analyze them as an organic whole. This article uses ANSYS software and the spillway floodgate of the former Pingping Reservoir as an example to establish a three-dimensional finite element model for the base slab, pier and foundation of the sluice. The chamber concrete adopts a linear elastic model, and then the completion period and the normal The force analysis and static calculation were carried out under the three conditions of water period and check flood period to obtain the deformation and stress distribution of the main components of the lock chamber, which provided technical support for the structural design of the sluice.Certain reference value.
