Sluice is a familar and important water coservancy building , reserch in rebuild and reinforce of sluice has a important significance and value in water coservancy engineering. Combined with national key project-Linhuaigang flood control project, this paper simply introduced the reasons tasks and scope of the project , in particular introduced the method of structure reinforce design in flood control sluice, at same time , static and dynamic analysis in reinforce strategy of spatial sluice structure was studied by the Finite Element Method(FEM). The main studies were as follows.1 Simply introduced the reasons tasks and scope of the Linhuaigang flood control project, the effection of the flood control sluice was analyzed , the purpose and significance of structure reinforce design in the flood control sluice were complainde.2 According to the demands of the project, summarized the hydrometeorological and geological conditions of the flood control sluice ,intruduced the engineering outline and inspecting result of the old flood control sluice, described main contents of structure reinforce engineering in the flood control sluice.3 Introduced the design strategy of the structure reinforce design in flood control sluice . Include parameters and accordings of the reinforce design, treatments of sluicechamber abutmentpier wingwall stillingbasin riprap anti-scour trench etcs , the outline and parameters of new sluice, Hydrolic calculation , structural and stable calculation, design of foundation.4 Regarding the whole sluice and the foundation as an integral body , static and dynamic analysis was made by spatial FEM. The sturctureself-oscillation character was gained , according to code, the seismic response analysis was fulfilled by response spectrum method, the spatial stress was tranformed into the plane stress according to the demands and habits of project design. The displacement and stress of structure subjected to six typical load cases were calculated . the sturcture self-oscillation character and dynamic resaponse under earthquake. The security and rationality of reinforce design were comprehensively assessed by reseaching of the result.
