Research On Innovation Planning Of Wuwei Qingyuan,Town Of Wine

In recent years,the pace of urbanization in China has been accelerating,but urbanization in the rural and urban fringe areas has become a primary problem.At present,the country has gradually shifted the focus of urban and rural construction to the new urbanization construction,which aims to improve the living standards of the urban residents,promote the development of the small town industry,and then drive the urban-rural integration.As the breakthrough of new urbanization construction,the development of the characteristic town has activated the inner potential of the development of small towns,and created a new economic growth point for them.This thesis selects the first batch of state-level characteristic town Qingyuan town of Wuwei as the research object,mainly explores its innovative planning and development road.Characteristic towns are still in the initial stage of development in China,and many aspects need still to be actively explored.This paper first summarizes the research trends at home and abroad,and then,after experience and inspiration,proposes planning programs gradually.After specifying the technical route,using some means such as literature collection,field investigation,summary and survey and so on,the article starts with several aspects such as the development conditions of Qingyuan Town,its policy support and early planning,carries out multi-angle and multi-level comprehensive analyses,cards and evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of Qingyuan town development.The core content of Qingyuan wine town innovation planning research is split into four parts.First of all,from the introduction of the introduction of the new idea of planning,it combs the planning guidance which is closely related to the development of the characteristic town in recent years,and provides scientific theoretical support for the innovation planning of Qingyuan town.Then,according to the analysis of the development potential and existing problems of Qingyuan town in the early stage,the content of innovation planning is determined.The content of innovation planning mainly from the five aspects of the overall positioning of small towns,industrial cultivation,space style,ecological environment protection,financing channels,and the importance of positioning,industry,style,ecology and financing to the future development of Qingyuan Town,thus making an innovative planning scheme suitable for the construction of Qingyuan town.At the same time,according to the existing urban and rural planning system,it puts forward the guiding principles of organizing mechanism,programming and planning results as the main content,and strengthens the process of restricting the content of creative planning.Finally,from the five aspects of the establishment of innovation guarantee mechanism,various financing channels,the promotion of innovative operation mode,the enhancement of brand effect molding,and the dynamic management of planning and implementation,the relevant proposals for the implementation of Qingyuan town innovation plan are put forward.Finally,according to the research content of this paper,the conclusion of the innovation planning of Qingyuan wine town is drawn,and the innovation point is pointed out,and the future development and research ideas of Qingyuan town are prospected.
